The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Insights Researcher to guide strategic pharmaceutical insights initiatives. You'll partner with pharma and biotech clients to develop commercial strategies and enhance marketing impact. With a focus on CNS, you'll translate complex research methodologies into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do - Develop and lead commercial-focused market research plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Uncover client needs beyond the brief, recommending the most effective insights approaches.
- Oversee all aspects of project and vendor management to ensure seamless execution.
- Craft clear, enduring deliverables that tell a compelling story and drive action.
- Create and deliver polished, high-impact presentations to senior decision makers.
What You'll Bring
- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial insights or a senior client-side equivalent.
- Strong command of mixed research methodologies with proven ability to apply them commercially.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Exceptional consultative skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Mastery of PowerPoint for efficient creation of polished, visually engaging decks.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, humility, and a collaborative approach.
- Product launch experience in CNS (particularly schizophrenia) preferred but not required.
