Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Call Center Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, ensuring guest requests for wake-up calls, call screening, do not disturb, call forwarding, and conference calls are handled efficiently.
  • Provide guests with their messages and monitor busy or unanswered lines to keep guests informed.
  • Respond to special requests and unique needs from guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Ensure communications equipment functions properly and assist guests with internet access and technical issues.
  • Follow up with guests to confirm their requests have been fulfilled satisfactorily.
  • Dispatch bell and valet staff as necessary to cater to guests' needs.

As part of your responsibilities, you will:

  • Adhere to all company policies and report any safety or injury concerns to your manager.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Extend a warm welcome to all guests, anticipating their service needs, and addressing individuals with disabilities with care.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and comply with quality standards.
  • Engage with guests using clear communication and professional etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
  • License or Certification: None necessary.
