An employer is looking for an IP NOC Engineer in the Frisco, TX area. You will primarily be responsible for troubleshooting, triage and supporting issues related to the clients nationwide, service provider network. You will focus mostly on IP and related security elements for any tier1-2 level issues, including troubleshooting end to end network flows. You will coordinate with equipment vendors as needed for specific product escalations and work tickets through SNOW to provide updates. Additional tasks will include escalations with engineering teams, standing up bridges to involve other groups and support necessary testing/ upgrades.

Active CCNA or CCNP
Strong background with Cisco IP products- Nexus, Cisco OS, iOS, XR, Cisco ASR (3k, 5k, 9k)
Network Security- Checkpoint firewalls, A10 load balancers, Cisco ISE
Strong troubleshooting and break/fix experience, able to support end to end
Prior NOC experience
