Job Description

Description We are seeking a Government Property Controller to oversee and maintain all government-furnished and accountable property, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. This role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment supporting the IC community. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate property control activities across multiple primary locations and tail sites. Maintain continuous accountability of government and company property. Assist the logistics team in resolving equipment configuration questions and ensuring accurate property records. Manage government property control and ensure consumable supplies are maintained to support the program. Update property records and SAP with asset location and other changes. Conduct internal audits and support Government property audits. Participate in risk assessments and quality improvement initiatives. Prepare property turn-ins, shipment, and hand receipt transfers in accordance with Government regulations. Analyze and review property documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain accurate SAP records and cross-reference to program CM database. Basic Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 2-6 years of experience. Prior experience managing government property using SAP. Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and strong communication skills. SAP, SharePoint, ServiceNow/HelpNow experience. Preferred Qualifications Specialized certificate in US Government property management. Prior property control experience in support of the U.S. military or DoD contractor.
