As a Warehouse Packer, you will inspect product for defects, pack and prepare products for shipping and complete other warehouse general labor activities. Weekly pay of $15 - $20/hr and great benefits available!

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay $15/hr with incentives of $0.50 - $5/hr based on daily productivity
• Monthly incentive between $100 - $200 for top 3 pickers
• Medical, dental, vision plans available

Skills and Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pick items from shelves or bins and pack them for shipment.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items.

Schedule:

• Saturday - Monday
• 5:00am - Finish
