ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Maintain Project Management software to oversee the accuracy and timely flow of the deal process between the initiation of a potential acquisition, subdivision, and development of land development projects.
•Upon contract execution - review draft contracts and update project software with deal terms.
•Track critical dates to ensure timely completion of residential subdivision projects.
•Maintain a separate development dashboard in the form of Excel for the purpose of providing a monthly development report for the Operations Team.
•Create a lot inventory database and track the sale of lots to Home Centers.
•Manage title issues with Development Manager and/or attorney to ensure no deal deadlines are impacted by Seller title obstacles.
•Work with Development Manager, Seller, and Title company to facilitate the closing process.
•Update Home Center managers and Regional VP's on projected delivery dates.
•Develop regional unit rate cost database from historical contracts and engineer estimates.
•Research comparable comps for project needs.
