The role includes expertise in exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, psychology, physical rehabilitation, and epidemiology. The physician will dedicate at least 70% of their time to nonsurgical orthopedic procedures.Responsibilities:Interview patients to gather symptoms, medical histories, and family histories.Perform and/or interpret diagnostic tests as needed.Diagnose and design treatment plans for injuries and illnesses.Prescribe or administer medications as appropriate.Maintain and review patient records, including history, examination findings, treatment plans, and outcomes.Requirements:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania.Strong skills in patient care, procedural skills, and professional etiquette.Highlights:The role is performed primarily in a clinical and office environment.Requires compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, with essential competencies provided during orientation.
