Job Responsibilities: Pack, seal, and label products to customer specifications Load, unload, move, and sort cartons or pallets in and out of trailers Accurately pick and prepare sales orders with a 99% accuracy rate Receive and store purchase orders with precision Read and interpret shipment summaries, packing lists, and related documentation Maintain a clean and organized workspace Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed Meet performance benchmarks: 90%+ to standard with 80%+ measured activity Employee Benefits & Perks: At Staffmark, we value our people.
