The Opportunity

A SaaS company seeks a senior NetSuite Consultant to stabilize and enhance a production environment built on SuiteBilling and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) with a robust Salesforce NetSuite integration layer powered by Boomi. You'll tune core order-to-cash integrations, strengthen revenue/billing integrity, improve reporting by department/team, stand up proper eliminations, and help bring an India expense subsidiary fully into NetSuite. You'll also maintain and extend scripts and workflows.

What You'll Do

• Own Boomi integration flows between Salesforce and NetSuite:

Products/Items (SF NS)

Customers (SF NS; add fields/mappings)

Quotes Subscriptions (SF NS)

Quotes Invoices for upfront fees (SF NS)

Service Records Invoices (SF NS)

Invoices & Credit Memos (NS SF)

Revenue summaries/objects (NS SF)

• SuiteBilling & ARM: Validate configurations, align usage/upfront fee scenarios, reconcile to GL, and ensure ASC-606 consistency.
• Reporting by department/team: Implement defaulting logic (workflows/Map-Reduce/Script/UE) so activity rolls to the correct department/team even when transactions aren't tagged; hard-map select GL accounts to departments where appropriate.
• Eliminations & intercompany: Review current import/elimination approach; design a clean NetSuite-native intercompany/elims process. Lead onboarding of the India subsidiary into NetSuite (entities, books, FX, tax, intercompany).
• Scripting & automation: Maintain and update SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks/dashboards.
• Controls & docs: Create clear runbooks, mapping specs, test scripts, and admin documentation; hand off cleanly to internal teams.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite, including SuiteBilling and ARM in a SaaS context.
• Strong Salesforce NetSuite integration experience using Boomi (or equivalent iPaaS) across products, customers, quotes/subscriptions, invoicing, revenue, and document sync.
• Proven reporting skill set (saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, KPIs) and comfort designing defaulting logic to ensure department/team attribution.
• Practical intercompany/eliminations experience and multi-subsidiary configuration; comfort onboarding a new subsidiary into NetSuite.
• Competence with SuiteScript 2.x (or strong SuiteFlow plus aptitude to read/update scripts), roles/permissions, and change control.
• Excellent communication, concise documentation, and a bias for action in fast-moving SaaS environments.

Nice to Have

• CPA/strong accounting fundamentals; ASC-606 revenue and close process fluency.
• Experience with Multi-Book, tax engines, and FX.
• Prior work cleaning up legacy elims/import processes.
