Now Hiring: Experienced Warehouse Associate – Erie, PA | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Essentra Components is immediately hiring a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate in Erie, PA . This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations and forklift experience , who is looking to build a long-term career with a stable, global company.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience
• Forklift experience
• Strong and consistent work history

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and assist in warehouse functions safely and efficiently
• Accurately process and pack customer orders using UPS and FedEx systems
• Apply correct packing slips, barcodes, and labels
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping/billing details
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory checks
• Cross-train in functions such as receiving, wrapping, restacking, and more
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and self-motivated individual who can work independently once trained
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communicator and team player
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and learning new systems
• Forklift experience is required
• Strong, stable work history is essential
