What Youll Lead

Non-delegated correspondent requirements & investor relationships
Audit, QC, and licensing functions
Compliance tech, training, and monitoring programs
A high-performance compliance team with an enablement mindset

Who You Are

A proven compliance executive (10+ years)
Fluent in multi-state mortgage regulation
Experienced with non-delegated operations
A builder capable of scaling systemsnot maintaining status quo
A protector of culture, brand, and regulatory excellence
Someone who leads through influence, not intimidation
