What Youll Lead

• Non-delegated correspondent requirements & investor relationships
• Audit, QC, and licensing functions
• Compliance tech, training, and monitoring programs
• A high-performance compliance team with an enablement mindset

Who You Are

• A proven compliance executive (10+ years)
• Fluent in multi-state mortgage regulation
• Experienced with non-delegated operations
• A builder capable of scaling systemsnot maintaining status quo
• A protector of culture, brand, and regulatory excellence
• Someone who leads through influence, not intimidation
