• Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics\n

\n\nRadiology Technologist Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech)\n
• Active ARRT (R) certification required\n
• Current BLS certification\n
• Valid Texas State Radiologic Technologist license\n
• Proficiency in a wide range of radiologic procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, DEXA, vascular studies)\n
• Cerner charting experience preferred\n
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)\n
• COVID-19 vaccine not required\n
• Ability to submit all required documentation by Tuesday 4:30pm CST before start date\n
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible for this travel healthcare job\n

\n\nRadiology Technologist Responsibilities\n

\n
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT, MRI, DEXA, and vascular studies\n
• Operate radiologic equipment and ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols\n
• Deliver imaging services for emergency, ICU, NICU, and outpatient patients\n
• Assist with bedside/portable and C-Arm procedures as needed\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including Radiology and Rapid Response\n
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage images using PACS\n
• Follow infection prevention and isolation precautions\n
• Demonstrate flexibility in shift coverage, including optional call and weekend shifts\n
