Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist with pediatric training and at least one year of relevant experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is in a pediatric-focused physical therapy department
• Work is performed in a clinical setting
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Eight-hour day shifts with a five-day work week
• Uses Epic for charting and documentation
• Responsibilities include assessment, evaluation, and development of treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Perform interventions and regularly evaluate patient progress
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong analytical abilities and professionalism
• Team-oriented environment requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Regular attendance during scheduled business hours is expected
• Specific background check and drug screening protocols apply

\n \n Requirements\n

• Current and valid state Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school required
• Minimum of one year of experience in pediatric physical therapy required
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• One year of experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Pediatric training is required
• Ultrasound experience preferred
• Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
