Job Description:
Alto is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead our nationwide driver training program and manage our fast-growing team of hourly trainers. This role is critical to maintaining Alto’s high standards for safety and hospitality while we rapidly scale.
You’ll be responsible for managing training programs, coaching & developing frontline training staff, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for hundreds of new drivers each week. You’ll need to be a strong leader, an exceptional communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You should have experience managing high-performing hourly teams, ideally remotely, and a passion for training and development.
This role is based in Dallas, TX and requires frequent travel (30-50%), particularly as you ramp up in the role or when we launch new markets.
