Job Description

Role

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the new advisor development team to drive toward 100% goal achievement in all production measures. The Training Coordinator assists in contracting, licensing, on-boarding, coordinating training efforts, reporting and all special development related initiatives and projects. This role reports directly to the San Jose District Director.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute on contracting, licensing and on-boarding for all interns
  • Assist in on-boarding and training prep for all incoming full-time financial advisors
  • Coordinate internal training sessions for interns new advisors including
  • Own and oversee joint work coordination while advisors are in training
  • Serve as general training & developmental resource for new advisors
  • Assist District Director with all special projects as needed
