Now Hiring: Part-time and full-time Window Cleaning Technicians in Miami and surrounding areas. Seasonal or year-round positions available.
What You'll Do: - Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing
- Service a wide range of properties , including homes, apartment complexes, commercial offices, retail centers, warehouses, restaurants, car dealerships, and post-construction sites
- Provide holiday lighting services : design, installation, seasonal maintenance, takedown, and storage
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high-quality standard of work
- Work in a team environment and grow through training and feedback
Requirements: - Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Valid driver's license
- Customer service experience is a plus
Physical/Mental Requirements: - Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders up to 40 ft, and working at heights.
- Requires good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be safety-conscious and possess strong problem-solving skills.
