Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: 100% Remote Job Description: In this role, the ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform primarily within the SPM module, configuring and customizing the out of box system to meet the business needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to a variety of teams and individuals in a dynamic Agile environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and implement requirements from the SPM Process Team, creating and maintaining integrations with other systems, Maintaining Service Catalog Items, configuring the Strategic Planning and Project Management workspaces, developing scripts and workflows, and increasing automation to make the business more efficient and effective through ServiceNow SPM. For this position we are seeking a candidate with particular experience in implementing and supporting the SPM module, who can resolve complex technical problems while ensuring minimal disruption to the environment.
