Our client, a leading provider in the crane service industry, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of a dedicated service team supporting various customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a safety-minded approach, and the ability to work well within a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: 8 hour shift, On call, Overtime, Weekend availability

What's the Job?

• Inspecting, repairing, and testing all manual, electric, and pneumatic hoists to meet factory and OSHA requirements.
• Conducting inspections and repairs of Bridge Cranes.
• Operating and certifying customer products such as hoists, cranes, and spreader beams.
• Providing repair estimates and utilizing inspection software as required.
• Completing service reports and other necessary documentation accurately.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field, or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment, general hand tools, hoists, cranes, and slings.
• Strong math aptitude and computer literacy.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Capability to lift 75 – 100 pounds and work at great heights.
