Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Rooferto join our team. This role involves diagnosing roofing issues, performing high-quality repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through safe and efficient workmanship. The ideal candidate has hands-on roofing experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair roof leaks, storm damage, and other roofing issues.
• Perform shingle, tile, metal, and flat roof repairs as needed.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roofing equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and minor installations when required.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
• Provide accurate assessments and explain repair needs to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, both on-site and in company vehicles.
• Document work performed, including before-and-after photos and repair notes.
• Assist with emergency repair calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing repair or roofing installation experience required (2+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of various roofing systems (asphalt shingles, tile, metal, flat/low slope).
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor daily.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with insurance claim repair documentation.
• Familiarity with modern roofing tools and repair techniques.
