Department/Unit Summary

Our beautiful inpatient rehabilitation unit (IPR)is a 10-bed unit with nurses typically having a 1:5 nurse patient ratio. This acute IPR unit offers intense rehabilitation for patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, strokes, surgeries and other chronic conditions. Patients on this unit should be able to tolerate three hours of therapy per day .

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school ( Bachelor's degree preferred). Additional requirements include:

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support

• Experience in clinical area preferred
