English Tutors
Honor Academy is an after-school educational program currently hiring instructors for our English and Math programs. We offer both in-person and online classes and are looking for dedicated instructors to join our physical center located in Cerritos, California.
Positions are available for both part-time and full-time roles, making this a great opportunity for future teachers. Our students range from elementary through high school, with a few ESL learners as well.
Most classes are held in the afternoons (2 PM 8 PM) during the school year. Classes are typically private sessions or small groups (up to six students).
Below are general job descriptions and requirements. However, we will place greater emphasis on your resume, teaching experience, in-person interview, and passion for education.
The work schedules will generally be afternoons Monday through Friday.
