Job Description

About Us

Heritage Homebuilders is a growing, high-performance residential construction company currently serving the Inland Northwest. We’re dedicated to building exceptional homes while fostering a team culture built on excellence in all we do, honor, integrity, and respect. While our primary focus remains on new home construction, we tackle numerous remodels and additions each year as well. We’re built on a foundation of service; service to our customers providing them with quality homes that are built to last, service to our community as a whole by raising the standard for construction in our area and elevating the standard of living for our community, and service to our team members by providing quality jobs with opportunities for advancement, growth, and exceptional benefits. We're committed to building a different kind of company, where together we strive for excellence, take pride in our work, and make a difference in our community.

If you're looking for a job where you can show up late, do the bare minimum, and still collect a paycheck, don't waste your time. If you're looking for a challenge, want a place where you can make a difference and build something amazing together, this may be what you've been looking for!

We're eager to grow and serve as much of our community as possible while raising the standard for residential construction.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Construction Team Member to join a multi-functional team. This role is perfect for someone eager to start or grow a career in residential construction. Prior experience, while valuable, is not required for this specific role — what we value most is work ethic, teamwork, attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn. As part of our team, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of trades and work alongside skilled professionals to help bring custom homes and remodels to life. If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and morals, we’d love the opportunity to train you in everything you need to know to be a successful member of our team.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.

- Work both indoors and outdoors, often on your feet for extended periods.

- Perform tasks at heights, in confined spaces, or in varied weather conditions.

- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and project timelines.

- Contribute positively to a team environment with professionalism and reliability.

- Other duties as required.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).

- No prior construction experience required — training provided.

- Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and grow.

- Ability to work on feet for long periods and perform physical labor.

- Willingness to learn multiple trades and grow within the company as opportunities arise.

- Comfort with heights, confined spaces, and both indoor/outdoor environments.

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

- Commitment to teamwork, safety, and helping build the best construction company in the Inland Northwest.

- US citizen, green card, or other authorization to work legally in the US.

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

What We Offer

- Competitive entry-level pay with room for growth ($21-$26/hr starting + raise potential within first three months)

- Hands-on and off-site training across multiple trades.

- Opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow.
