Here’s the best part:  we’re looking for an Email Marketer!  A.K.A a skilled Email Marketing Guru who can cast a spell on our subscribers with enchanting email campaigns. We are looking for a master of all things email marketing, someone passionate about optimizing email campaigns for engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that are so good they make our subscribers weak in their knees.
• Build and manage our email list like a boss, ensuring it is segmented, targeted, and always up-to-date.
• Craft content for email campaigns that are on-brand, witty, and speak directly to our audience.
• Rule the email marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
• Continuously analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue generated.
• Use your email magic to optimize deliverability, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with email campaigns and ensure deliverability best practices are followed.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies, and incorporate them into our campaigns.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• A proven track record of driving engagement, conversion, and revenue growth through email marketing campaigns.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Campaign Monitor (Bonus points for any spells you can cast with these platforms).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and report on email campaign performance (and make your data analysis look like magic).
• Technical proficiency in tracking, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues related to email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and humorous tone.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (without breaking a sweat).

Salary: 1400-2000 EUR  before taxes (depending on your skills and experience).
