Seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their team. The right candidate will have a chance to grow within the company, with potential pathways into administrative, client service, or financial support roles.

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendar.

  • Assist with events, gatekeeping, document preparation, presentations, and travel coordination

  • Support the team with additional duties as needed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
