$55,000 to $100,000 base plus commission! Salary based on experience.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the sales and accounts in Property Management
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
* Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
* Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
* Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
* Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
* Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!
3. Experience in B2B sales
4. Must have a valid driver's license.
5. Experience with Property Management is preferred.
6. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
7. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
8. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
