Required
* 8+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, including 2+ years managing a design team.
* Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile, product-centric environments.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across multiple platforms.
* Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
* Mastery of human-centered design, service design, and product discovery frameworks.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
* UX or product design certification.
* Experience in healthcare or mission-driven product environments.
