Job Description
A busy law firm is seeking an individual to answer phones, type letters, use Adobe, manage Outlook and Calendar, and file documents. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidate must have previous secretarial experience, must have knowledge of Microsoft Adobe and Calendar, must be computer literate with accurate data entry, spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills, must have strong organizational skills, while being detail-oriented, and must be able to work independently and handle confidential and sensitive information. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered. Litigation knowledge is a huge plus and 2 years legal secretary experience is preferred.
