About this position
The Pharmacist shall provide quality timely and cost effective drug therapy to our customers. Performs clinical pharmacy functions, including customer monitoring and consulting with other clinical team members. Reviews medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, frequency, potential interactions, and possible allergic reactions. Oversees and directs the work of pharmacy technicians. Oversees and directs the work of pharmacy interns as needed.
Requirements
Education
• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Pharmacist license through MN board of pharmacy required prior to start date.
• PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency (or 3-years hospital pharmacy experience)
• Preferred: board certification

• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency program (or 3-years pharmacist hospital experience)

Licensure/Certification
Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy - State Requirement

Salary Range: PEPOM ($72.80 - $84.02), based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
