Job Description InGenesis is currently seeking a Patient Escort to work with our client. In this role, you will escort hospital and ambulatory patients traveling by wheelchair, stretcher, or hydraulic stretcher to their destinations. If you meet the qualifications outlined below, apply today and we'll reach out to answer any questions you may have! Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to):

• Complete Daily Disinfection & Tracking Log for each patient that is escorted.
• Sanitize the wheelchair prior to each patient using the Wheelchair.
• Follow Equipment Checklist for assisting patients on and off the wheelchair.
• Transport each patient in a timely and safe manner to the initial appointment from the entry point.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all patients and their caregivers
• Navigate throughout campus independently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Excellent customer service skills with good communication skills and great demeanor.
• Ability to follow direction, navigate throughout the campus independently.
• Ability to push 200 pounds + via a wheelchair.
