We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Talent Scouts!
About the Role:
As a Talent Scout, you’ll be out in the community — at sporting events, concerts, malls, busy street corners, and other public settings — approaching people and inviting them to be represented by our staffing agency for part-time work on television and movie sets across Canada.
What We Offer:
• Flexible Hours: Work as little or as much as you like (10–35 hours per week)
• Great Pay: Earn $20 to $50 per hour depending on performance
• Exciting Atmosphere: Meet new people, be part of the entertainment industry, and enjoy dynamic work days
• Supportive Team: Training and materials provided — no prior experience in film or casting required!
Who We’re Looking For:
• Energetic, approachable, and confident communicators
• Must be comfortable starting conversations with strangers in public spaces
• Reliable and self-motivated
• 18 years or older
• Must be based in Calgary
• Access to transportation is an asset but not mandatory
