LEASING AGENT
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Agent for a company based in Madison, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive property management environment known for its strong community culture and commitment to professional development.
Pay Rate
$20- $22 an hour based on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday- Friday
10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
Leasing Agent Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and highlight key amenities to support leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent service throughout the leasing process.
• Assist applicants with rental applications, verify required information, and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, renewals, and resident interactions.
• Support property marketing efforts, including posting listings and participating in community outreach activities.
• Address resident requests professionally and escalate maintenance or service issues as needed.
• Always ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Scheduling and conducting property tours.
Leasing Agent Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous leasing and customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable using property management software and common office applications.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Professional appearance and a positive, resident-focused attitude.
