Secure a broad range of operational People & Culture assignments covering all aspects of the joining, moving and leaving process Lead execution of P&C year cycle operational tasks Secure development of ways of working on the People & Culture Generalist arena Contribute in operational implementation of all IKEA Business Capabilities connected to people (HR Operations, Talent, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, etc.) on Country/Regional dimension. Secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining HR processes and working methods on Country/Regional dimension. Secure high qualitative execution in day-to-day P&C support to all employees. Secure compliance to employment standards and good cooperation with local social partners. Lead the local team of P&C generalists (specialists): recruitment, development, performance management, retention, and succession plans. Contribute to make IKEA a diverse and humanistic workplace.
