Your Role as a Care Professional
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you’ll build meaningful relationships while supporting seniors in their homes by:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with light housekeeping, errands, and meal prep
Offering transportation to appointments and social activities
Helping with grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility
Providing medication reminders
Receiving ongoing, specialized training
What We’re Looking For
Warm, respectful attitude toward seniors
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to pass background, DMV, and drug screenings
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and social security card
Previous caregiving experience is a plus (but not required)
