Junior Financial Accounting Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Beautiful Office in Philadelphia)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.).
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure that financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Help senior team members with management reporting and financial analysis.
  • Maintain and update financial data in the company’s accounting systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and ensure accuracy.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience : 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships and recent grads welcome!).
