Competitive salary, benefits and PTO ! Job Details Job Details We are an industry-leading renewable energy company seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Electrician. This full-time permanent position is an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman or Master Electrician to apply their knowledge and skills in the rapidly growing solar industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photovoltaic (PV) installations with at least 5+ years of experience and a passion for renewable energy. This role will involve working on a variety of residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained at all times. Responsibilities As a Solar Electrician, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing solar PV systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
2. Conducting site assessments to determine the most efficient and safe installation methods.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a timely and effective manner.
4. Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on solar PV systems.
5. Ensuring all electrical work complies with National Electric Code (NEC) and local regulations.
6. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
7. Training and mentoring junior electricians and technicians.
8. Keeping accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications To be considered for the Solar Electrician position, candidates must have:

1. Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in solar PV installations.
3. Proficient knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
9. Ability to work in various weather conditions and on roofs or other elevated structures.
10. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
