Now accepting applications for an Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts. The Administrator / LNHA is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility, including profit and loss responsibility and ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations. The Administrator provides leadership to all facility staff to meet the goal of providing quality patient care. This role is interim/contractor-based. **Must be licensed in the State of Massachusetts** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accountable for the total operation of the assigned nursing home, ensuring compliance with standards of operation, quality assurance, and applicable regulations. Planning and organizing systems of care, policies, procedures, staffing, and staff development based on facility needs and within budget constraints. Disaster planning and flexibility to be onsite for multiple days. Hiring, directing, disciplining, and terminating personnel according to policies and laws. Providing direction through standards, policies, meetings, and memos. Overseeing business functions, including admissions, ancillary services, payables, receivables, payroll, and paperwork. Assigning responsibilities to personnel based on their skills and experience. Establishing and participating in a Manager on Duty program. Marketing facility services and engaging staff in community outreach. Qualifications: Must be a licensed Administrator currently licensed by the State. Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education meeting licensure requirements. Completion of AIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director. Basic computer skills, including email. Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays. Experience in performance management and leadership.
