What are we looking for?

As an HR intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding, managing employee records, organizing employee engagement activities, and providing general administrative support.

A Day in the Life of an HR Intern:

• Process onboarding for newly hired employees.
• Assist with annual audits and special projects.
• Provide administrative support to the HR function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
• Assist with health insurance enrollments.
• Collaborate closely with other HR coordinators and team members to address human resource needs.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• A positive, optimistic, and energetic attitude.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office applications.
• A high level of professionalism at all times.
• Willingness and ability to promote a positive and uplifting company culture.
