Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and self-governed Freight Broker/Freight Forwarder to manage and facilitate the movement of freight. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Brokerage & Forwarding: Manage and coordinate shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners.
• Market Analysis: Assess market conditions, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize freight solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping instructions.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the shipping process with efficiency and professionalism.
• Compliance: Ensure all freight operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker, Freight Forwarder, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A motivated and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
