Requirements for the role:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2. Prior work experience or internships involving data analysis or related fields is a plus.
3. Proficiency in statistical analysis and the use of various data analysis tools and software.
4. Strong skills in programming languages relevant to data analysis, such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
5. Experience with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
6. Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
10. A proactive approach to learning and applying new analytics techniques and tools.
