Customer Service Representative – Temp to hire – San Rafael - $30 – 34/hour
Local municipality is seeking an energetic, team player for this temp to hire Customer Service role. Excellent opportunity to provide exemplary service with a join a cohesive, congenial team of professionals. Prior experience or exposure to the construction industry/trades is highly preferred!
· Duration: Temp to hire
· Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
· Location: 100% Onsite in Central Marin County
· Pay: $30-34 per hour
Customer Service Representative responsibilities
· Front desk/phones: greeting and directing visitors; answer questions
· General administrative duties: data entry, filing, document preparation and processing
· Payment processing; receipt documentation
· Maintain inventory/stock office supplies
Customer Service Representative requirements
· 2+ years prior high level customer service experience
· Technically adept; MS Office experience; able to quickly learn and utilize new software
· Clear and concise communication skills; written and verbal
· Ability to act with diplomacy and foster a harmonious work environment
