Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

A respected boutique law firm in La Jolla is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join their collaborative legal team. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting attorneys across B usiness Law, Probate, Estate Planning, and Corporate Transactions .

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Assist with litigation prep, filings, and discovery
• Draft legal documents and client correspondence
• Support estate planning and probate litigation
• Form and maintain LLCs, corporations, and partnerships
• Communicate directly with clients on corporate and litigation matters
• Manage deadlines, case files, and attorney calendars

✅ What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in corporate and/or litigation settings
• Familiarity with entity formation, estate planning, and business litigation
• Strong drafting, organizational, and time-management skills
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
