Job Description Job Description Contract Paralegal Job Description: Draft and review legal documents, including contacts, leases, and other agreements. Interpret adn analyze laws, regulations, and legal documents. Conduct research on relevant legal topics. Organize and manage legal documents/files. Prepare and maintain legal records. Communicate with clients, attorney/corporate, and other professionals when/if needed it. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Monitor change in relevant laws and regulations. Provide guideance on legal matters. Manage all assigned cases, including non-immigrant visas such as L-1A, L-1B, E-2, H1B, TN, J-1, O-1, RFEs/NOIDs/Audits; and immigrant visas such as EB1, EB2, EB3 and EB5. Skill and Competencies: Familiarity with contract law Knowledge of contract preparation, negotiation, and review Understanding of contract lifecycle Ability to interpret complex legal documents Proficienc in drafting, editing, and formatting contracts Ability to reserach legal issues and provide solutions Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Micosoft office, Adobe Acrobat and other document management software Adherence to compliance and confidentiality regulations English/Spanish Proficiency ·Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field preferred. A combination of education and experience may be required.
