Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting projects for our growing company in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in residential and commercial roofing, with additional expertise in siding, gutters, windows, and painting. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations of construction projects, including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting installations.
• Manage and lead a team of subcontractors, laborers, and crew members, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and on-site logistics to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure work is completed to company standards and complies with all local building codes and regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues, providing solutions to problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, delays, and any changes to scope or budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Review and approve timesheets, work orders, and project-related documents.
• Oversee quality control of roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting installations, ensuring that all work is done to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Conduct post-project inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Qualifications :

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, specifically in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and interact with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, siding, gutters, windows, and painting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certifications or other safety-related certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
