We are looking for a 2nd Shift CNC Machine Operator in the Hamilton, Ohio area to join our growing team!
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision parts while maintaining high-quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with technical equipment, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring every part meets exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret CNC prints and technical drawings with precision.
Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
Operate CNC machines and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
Complete accurate quality forms and inspection reports.
Use hand tools and shop equipment to support machine operation and minor adjustments.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of CNC or precision machining experience.
Proficient in reading CNC prints and understanding tight tolerances.
Skilled with precision measuring tools.
Familiarity with machine controls and basic troubleshooting.
High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred.
Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
