Role Summary
The Kitchen Team is the heart of Chick-fil-A. The experience starts in the kitchen where team members prepare ingredients, assemble salads, hand bread chicken, work the pressure fryers, assemble sandwiches, box nuggets, cook fries, ensure food safety and general restaurant cleanliness.
