Job Description: This 10-week internship program within the Morgan Stanley Internal Audit Department offers aspiring professionals a comprehensive experience in internal audit. Summer Analysts will gain exposure to various functions across Internal Audit and coverage areas such as compliance and equities. Training Program: Internal Audit Fundamentals: Training on core audit principles and Morgan Stanley’s methodology. Senior Leadership Engagement: Opportunities to connect with senior leaders. Qualifications and Skills: Graduates between December 2025 and June 2026 with less than one year of professional experience. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, finance, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum GPA of 3.0. Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Clear verbal and written communication. Ability to collaborate and adapt in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and quality.
