Look no further! We are searching for an exceptional rotational nanny to join our energetic household based in Hillsborough, CA. About Us: We are a family of five, including three bright and eager-to-learn elementary-aged children who bring joy and laughter to our home every day. Our family thrives on curiosity and connection, and we’re looking for a warm and fun-loving individual who can effortlessly connect with each of our kids on their level. What We’re Looking For: Someone who shares our values of warmth, positivity, and fun, and can form genuine connections with our children. A candidate with substantial experience in long-term full-time nanny roles or a former teacher who can bring their expertise in education to enrich our children’s learning experiences. A detail-oriented individual who can maximize their productivity during family assistant time, helping to keep our household running smoothly. A candidate who is dedicated to making a long-term commitment to our family, as evidenced by the longevity of our current nanny team member who has been with us for over 3 years. Comfortable working in a fully staffed home environment and maintaining discretion and privacy at all times. A strong, confident swimmer who can ensure the safety of our children during water activities. A four-year college degree is required, in addition to a clean background check and driving record. Up-to-date on vaccines, including COVID and annual flu shots. Position Details: Our rotational nanny schedule is currently 7 days on/7 days off from 7 am to 7:30 pm. However, we are open to discussing shorter rotations, such as 5 days on/5 days off. 6+ hours of family assistant time during school days, providing invaluable support to keep our household running smoothly. Able to travel for up to 7 days at a time during the summer and school breaks. We provide a car for transporting the kids to school and activities. We have a guest house where the nanny can stay overnight while on shift. We offer highly competitive pay with annual bonus, overtime, and full health benefits.
