Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special educational needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
  • Knowledge of data collection and analysis in a school setting
  • Collaborative mindset to work alongside educators, staff, and families

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement and monitor BIPs
  • Provide training and support to staff and families on behavioral techniques and strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student behavior and progress
