Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies across teams and departments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in agile frameworks, a passion for coaching and mentoring, and a proven track record of driving cultural and organizational change. This role will be pivotal in driving our platform's evolution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities
Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and best practices.
Facilitate agile workshops, and training sessions to build agile capabilities across the organization.
Assess current agile maturity levels and develop tailored coaching plans to improve team performance and delivery.
Support the implementation of scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model) where appropriate.
Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile practices with business goals and strategic initiatives.
Provide guidance on agile tools and metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and measure success.
Mentor and support Scrum Masters and Agile Champions in their professional development.
Mentor and support the agile teams in their agile maturity.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional Communication (Oral, Written, and Presentation) skills amplified by a “Get it Done” attitude supported through the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
Proactive, self-starter with the balance of technical knowledge and insurance business acumen is required.
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with development teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles is required.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
5+ years of experience in product management and/or development or relevant experience.
Proven experience coaching cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels of an organization.
Strong facilitation, mentoring , and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in an agile transformation across an organization is required.
