The Yard Person is responsible for efficiency and organization of the inventory in the yard including Bobcat machinery and components, located at Bobcat of Dickinson.

Job duties include:

• Bobcat equipment handler
• Manual Labor abilities & yard cleanup
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs
• Basic equipment maintenance
• Loading and unloading trucks & trailers
• Communicating delays or discrepancies with management
• Other duties assigned
• Complete work efficiently and at a high level of quality.
• Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all shop tools, machines and equipment.
• Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities in the dealership’s area of responsibility.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with coworkers, with a strong commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
